We did a Grand Cru Pinot Blanc. The SG was 1.082 and everything is looking good so far. (I think...)

I'm very excited. I think I'll try a red next.
 
Oh, I'm sure. DH is already talking about competing at the county fair.
 
It was funny because when I first put the yeast in I asked DH, "How will I know if fermentation has started?"
