Has anybody experienced the nice red color of muscadine wine fading over 1-2 yrs after it is bottled?
On this years batch of red muscadine I am thinking about using 3-4 cans of Welch's Concord or getting some California red grape concentrate to add to it to help keep the color. Has anyone done this as well?
