What is the most wine anyone has had 'going' at once? I mean primary or secondary fermentation, not bottled. Either total gallons or number of batches. I have 2 in carboys and was going to start a 3rd but don't want to buy another carboy, my white may not clear quick enough to get in bottles before I'll need to rack.
