Started last night.
Nearly blew my head of when I opened up the primary. I had forgotten that I had put a pint of water and a tsp of K-meta in to keep it clean an sanitized after the last batch.
Some of the k-meta had crusted the opening for the spout. I thought I got it all but there was some left that noticed after I had started putting the juice in the primary. So I'm leaving it a day before I pitch the yeast.
The other two on the go at the moment are now clearing. Should be bottle the Castel del Papa in 5 days and the Trebbiano in about three weeks.
