Farfalla wines had a productive weekend. We started 4 new batches. Peach-Chardonnay for around the pool this sumer, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc for Cathy, Chianti for pizza nights and Barolo to put up. Now to practice patience.

On the Peach-Chardonary. When ready to drink fill a wine glass 1/3rd and add 1/3 of Ginger Ale or 7-UP Hmmm good "cooler"

Let us know how good you are in "Patience" X 3 lol
 
Hello bikerrew- I'm racking my orange sangria out of the primary tomorrow evening so I can start something else!
