Hi Guys,
Just joined up, thought i would say Hi.
I am a moderator on YAHOO makingwine forum and also a member of winepress.us forum.
I am working with Natalie MacLean. She is a wine writer with her own website and wine newsletter. She has written a Widget for paring wines with food. At the moment she has no homade fruit wines or Meads on it and I am trying to gather good entries for her.
Here is one of mine: Orange mead or orange melomel with Orange Glazed Cornish Hens (throw in a compatible mate and candles) terrific!
So if any of you have a good entry PLEASE turn it in so I can relay it to her.
