Just tasted the Pinot Chardonnay that I bottled 2 months ago. A little
raw yet but suprisingly nice for such a young wine. A little buttery
and oakey. I am shocked at how nice as it was my first kit wine. I have
made numerous fruit wines learning by trial and error, but had never
bought grape kits before. I am going to have to do some more very soon.
I resently e-mailed george about american express personna insentive
cards. They are given at work as rewards and hopfully he doen't have to
talk to to may more idiots at amex to become a vendor so I can use them
to make numerous purchases, as if I use them on non-vendors amex
charges a huge service fee. I had previously posted a couple pics of my
chardonnay and label in the forum members photos area.
