Hyvee brand dream easy tea + homegrown peppermint

So I've been playing with the idea of making a brew with Dream easy tea, and peppermint. also using homemade corn syrup. its more of an experiment,(while I wait for a kiwi/strawberry) than actually trying to yield a tasty wine. I know people sometimes use tea in their ferments and I was hoping to get some input that might help me
