Floating crystals in my wine

I bottled my latest batch of grape wine about 2 months ago. I recently looked at some of the bottles and noticed some floaties in the wine. When I tipped the bottles down, the floaties settled to the bottom. When tipped up the floaties settle on the cork. The particles floating almost look like sugar crystals. Is it possible for the sugars in the wine to have crystalized? All of my equipment, bottles, etc were sanitized prior to using. I've not had this happen before. I am in my 4 year of making wine from the grapes that I grow. Ny comments or dirrection would be appreciated.

Those are 'Wine Diamonds'...it comes from the grapes. I had it in my homegrown grape wine too.

Thanks for the information. I viewed the article, and printed it to share with a few other people that I know. We opened a bottle of the wine in question last night, and found it to be very tasty. Thanks again
