How to go about making an f-pac for a wine using juice such as old orchard juice? I currently have 3 gallon of blueberry wine in the clearing stage and in another month i'll be ready to sweeten and bottle. I'm thinking about doing an f-pac for my first time.

If adding a F-Pac it will delay bottling. keep that in mind
Post recipe so we can help you with the f-pac

I have made f-pacs with froozen juice. All I did was boil the juice concentrate down by half. Concentrate the concentrate. Added to wine and let sit for a few more weeks before bottling. Don't forget the sorbate and K-meta.

My recipe:
3.5 gallons of old orchard blueberry juice
1 tbls + 1/2 tsp of yeast nutrient
1 tbls + 1/2 tsp of petic enzyme
k-meta
Lavin 118 yeast

If its juice simmer 1 gal to 1/3 . If its concentrate I would add 2 cans thawed. Do this after stabilizing.
