Mike, didn't you say this was a CC kit?

Mike, I made this kit and used the battonage process. I was not a chard lover before I made this kit. But stirring every day for a week on the lees did give this wine a smooth, buttery taste. I made a different chard kit and just bottled last weekend, I did not battonage this kit. I want to compare the flavors between the two.
