Black Spanish and top double wire

Is it better to bring one stem up to the top then split 4 ways or bring 2 stems up to the top and split 2 ways with Black Spanish? I planted my vines 10 days ago and they are starting to bud out so I guess i need to start trimming. Thanks

I will go with the double trunk.
