WineXpert Batch # 2! WE Johannisberg Reisling

Holy Crap! I can't believe I'm starting my second batch of wine. Went a lot faster this time, plus those wallpaper trays really helped! Good thing those are the last items I'll have to buy for awhile...........

Any way, as I was finishing up my ears perked up to the music coming over my whole-house speaker system. From somewhere in a vast server farm in a faraway place owned by the Music Genome Project the software randomly picked a song and sent it over the internet into my computer. It was a little tune that I had heard before but had never really listened to. Alan Parsons Project, "Wine from the Water." You can hear a sample here:

Wow. This Reisling is bubbling away! Hungry little yeasties. They even managed to push open the lid, thus avoiding the airlock. The vodka is once again bubbling after I secured the lid. Gotta watch this one.....
