I just got 25 pounds of bananas
I am going to frieze them. Now should I cut them first
or can I cut them up when I make my must?
I did trim the top and bottom's
My primary is full and I have plans for it for a few batches before
I can get to the bananas.
 
I peeled mine and placed on cookie sheets to freeze, the vacuum sealed. I froze the skins in packs of five since that is what I use to make 'nutrient soup'.
My bananas were to the point of ripeness that there were large areas of black developing on skins, fruit was getting translucent but spot-free.
