So I have a b-brite solution in my airlock and some of it dripped in my wine?! What do I do? Is it still good?!

I wouldn't worry a bit. B-Brite is a percarbonate cleanser. A little drip or two will not be harmful at all to you or your wine. You would know if there was enough to oxidize and damage your wine. It would probably lose color and taste awful. In the future you should use a sulfite solution or a bit of vodka in your airlock. They would be safer.
