Apple Wine

I think I would like to give my Apple wine a cinimmin (how ever you spell it) flavor. I have 5 gallons in a carboy fermitting (SpGr 1.060). Should I add cinimmon sticks or powder and is it to early or too late. Thanks

Cinnamon will not transfer over when you rack. Add cin. sticks when you age. At least 4

I also like adding whole cloves to as well to the cinnamon.

Careful with cloves as they can be over powering. The cinnamon I left in for 6 months. Rack before bottling to blend the flavor throughout.
