So my wife brought home 20 cans of Old Orchard Apple Raspberry frozen concentrate. So I decided to get a 6 gal. batch going last night.

20 cans concentrate
pectic enzyme
yeast nutrient
kmeta
adjust acid to .60
sugar - SG to 1.080

Pitch yeast tonight when I get home.

Has anybody tried the Apple Raspberry before? Just wondering how the end result will be.
 
No - but i have done an apple spice.

What yeast are you using?? I would recommend using the Lalvin 71B-1122 - it metabolizes 20-40% of the malic acid.

I want to try this too. I'm 'attempting' to make an Old Orchard Cranberry and noticed the Apple/Raspberry when I bought the juice.
