Another bottling question

After looking at dans bottling post today I have a simple question, can you use wax AND a capsule? Or Just one or the other?

Yes you can use both but why would you? The only purpose they really serve is presentation, so covering up the wax would serve no purpose.

I thought wax was to seal the bottle for any long amount of time
