OUCH ! At what level of filtration would you ever feel safe to drink that liquid now? Anyone have a real answer on that? Is there any existing filter system that could safely take out any and all glass fragments?
 
Sounds like it's time for a "fishing expedition." I had to fish out a siphon line clip this evening from a 4 liter carboy. Got lucky it only took a few minutes.
