    Hi I'm making a Winexpert Eclipse Pinot Gris.It started s.g. at 1.090 and temp at 72 deg.After day 6 s.g. is 1.000 and temp at 74.Inst say step 2 is at day 14 but not noting the s.g.Do I rack this now or wait to day 14
