Agreed about the banana...its not like using a banana in a smoothie. I'd make small adjustments. The moscato kits I've made just adding some sugar to boost the abv and a box of golden raisins for more body. Bottles always running low with those two basic adjustments. That being said...

Mine has only lasted 6 months after bottling we liked it so much...only 3 left, so I'll try to hide them. Great kit and definitely doing it again but want to try many others as well.

What pounds of berries to gallons did you use? I've got a bunch in my freezer, just need to clear some carboys before starting. Also I've never tried elderberry - is there anything you would compare it to for taste?

Looking for a DIY bottle storage project that's simple and to the point. I've looked at the forum a bit but wondering if anyone's done something similar or comparable? Thanks for any ideas. Here's the space I have to store my bottles.

This is out again and I pre-ordered one today. (Last day looks like the 2-27-15) So was the general consensus to add the whole f pack? And its a decent early drinker? I've only made kit reds and fruit wines, never tried rose or whites.

where do you guys get the kits? I'm having a hard time finding this one online that's in stock. Local brew shop doesn't carry this brand.
