    What is the production of the commercial wineries on this site? The local establishment near me produces 60,000 plus bottles and sells grapes and juice. I don't know is this big small ???? All muscadine they grow on 250 acres.

    First skeeter pee

    I have made many batches of wine but this is the first skeeter. Made on blueberry slurry and started easily and in 10 days is at .995. Can't wait until it is ready to bottle.

    Cider

    Is there a way to make a hard cider that will last for any amount of time. I have tried several commercial products and some are good but do not taste like real fresh hard cider. I like apple wine and some of the malt products but!!! They are not fresh hard cider. Is there a way?
