Thank you!! Found it and the winery! It's unum wine cellars. Same price as at Costco but have to pay for shipping. I'm gonna call Costco and see if they can order and save myself some shipping.

What I was looking for was where I could buy some more. I was able to get on Google earth and find it. I wish I would of taken a better pic of the label but I thought I would be able to find it easily.

purchased this at Costco. It's called district. I took this pic because they put the coordinates of the vineyard and I wanted to google it. I really enjoyed this wine and went back to buy a few more and they were out. I can't seem to find it online either. Any help would be appreciated

Could a submersible heater be used? Like the ones used in aquariums? They can be set to specific temps and are designed to be under water.

Winexpert gave me 1118.. The kit is eclipse barolo. The chart says its for white wines..

Thanks tannddc! I added yeast at 69f and by the time morning came there was some movement in the airlock. Now it's fermenting away.

Haha no. But if you were yo smell my bee yard in the fall you would know what I'm talking about, it does smell like a locker room.. Maybe what someone else is calling goldenrod is different than what blooms here in SC. This honey was pulled in early August and has hints of strawberry. Very good...

Kit instructions say to add yeast at 72-75f. Would it be bad if I added at 67?
