I make Winexpert kits for my reds and whites. For my fruity wines I like orchard breezin' and Winexpert. Both are equal- just different flavors.
I feel Winexpert has a nice , good quality kit plus they have excellent customer service.
Pink --yes but hot pink no-- I mean more like fuschia. Oh it's a moot point. I just use the ones I have and hopefully one day a new one will come out. Well in fact an emerald green did just come out from a supplier. Pretty color
That's the problem -/ the 3 main suppliers need to come up with new colors. Start to think outside the box. Hot pink, baby blue, lime green to name a few.
Yes it was in the wine magazine. Should be released soon. Ordering is being done now by LHBS. Sounds yummy.
So does the Strawberry watermelon white Shiraz kit. That has started shipping. Can't wait to start that one.

Rosa-- I'm with you on this DB and Tropical Daze. Just don't seem to like the taste. Hoping it improves with age.

I spoke to Lalvin direct. Or I should say my LHBS spoke to them while I was in the store. They said due to costs and packaging they will be discontinuing it. The packages they have in stock expire in September.

This might be old news but I just found out today that Lalvin won't be manufacturing Bacchus anymore. They still have some in stock that expire in September but once they are gone that will be it.

Ok-- I've made DB in different variations before. Just curious if you used something besides the obvious.
Thanks.
