Motor turns on, but it seems to get snagged

I guess my video did not post, when I turn the machine on the motor turns on but it doesn’t turn over? It seems like something is stuck somewhere I can’t figure it out.

Anyone run into this problem?

i forgot to mention primitivo from sonoma area, solid early everyday drinker

a lot depends on where the grapes are sourced depends on where the grapes are sourced, brunello clone and barbera from sonoma are very good, i make those in rotation. i haven't heard anything good about the other verieties like nebbiolo montepulciano etc
