Well, a buddy of mine got together and decided it was time to try our hand at making from scratch.. So that included making labels so here's out first attempt.

Well, it's a slurry question.. A friend and I figured we would take a shot at the Skeeter Pee recipe.. We mixed everything as the directions suggested but there seems to be no reaction with the introduced slurry.. Is it possible to add a yeast package to get something started?

K so I smooshed the blueberries, added the needed ingredients for a gallon of blueberry wine.. So today I add the yeast.. I have a packet of yeast but it's the size you usually use for the 5 gallon kits.. Do I add just a 1/5th of the packet?

So.. A week in I noticed the primary lid wasnt sealed shut on my Pinot Grigio. It's all cloudy and the temp is good.. So hope it's still ok..

So.. Just as I sounds.. Any good tips on how to clean the inside of the carboy thoroughly?

Ever have an off bottling day?? Holy we bottled our kit last night and it was a disorganized mess right from step 1.. The filter leaked and acted up, the wine thief leaked in between bottle pours, drops and drops everywhere.. Oh well that'll teach me to bottle over tired.. Any hints or...
