    Wine Headache?

    Wonder if anyone else has had this problem? We made a batch of Pinotage. Tastes great! Every time we drink a bottle ( my wife and I ), it seems to give us both a headache the next day. Just 1 bottle, split between us. Nothing else to drink. Jim

    Cork Seating

    I just bottled my 2nd batch, and have noticed that the corks don't always seat flush with the top of the bottle. I am using the Portogee hand corker, and Georges #9 corks. Is this normal or is my technique flawed? Jim
