    Hooooooo Boy!!!

    Just checked the wine under "Your Critique Please". It's gonna be some "kickass" wine, in all respects I think. ABV is 'bout 12% and the sample tasted great. Racked and put back under airlock. I think it's gonna be a winner. John

    Stoppers?

    I can't remember where I ordered them from, (old age?), but the rubber stoppers drilled for air locks that I have are giving off a STRONG rubber odor/taste. I soaked them in a campden solution before use to sterilize, but I've got some otherwise very good wines that are picking up this godawful...

    Hadda Move My Fermentation Room

    Was using my closet...perfect temp..dark....then my wife decided to find out why the pups were scratchin' at the closet door. One sniff and she decided now she knew why my clothes smelled funny. Now I've been moved to my bathroom....I get no respect!!

    Your Critique Please

    Label

    Removing Old Labels?

    I'm sure this has been discussed, but as a newbie I'm gonna ask. What's the easiest way to remove labels from wine bottles? I have friends and family saving their bottles for me so I can recycle them and fill with my homemade wines. (I know they're wanting a bottle or two in return..LOL) Right...
