I have kept all the boxes that my carboys have come in and this how I put them to use keeping my wine in the dark. I just use a box knife and cut a hole in the top just big enough for the top of the carboy so that it does not touch the bung.
Have you guys seen this site. I've watched their videos for about 6 months now.
I have to give them kudos for making wine and putting it out there for others to see their process.
