thanks everybody now i can juice all weekend to clear out my freezer

How do you guys can your juice after steaming? I usually steam juice when I am ready to make another batch. The only problem is I run out if room in my freezer for fruit. Canning would let me store in the pantry and free up some freezer space.

I get the pantyhoseI use at walmart for 0.95 a pair. That way I can pull the pulp out and toss into the trash.

I just saw 3 of those at the recycling bin. I will go by there today after golf and pick them up to use later.

Everything looks good. Dont rush it. I rushed mine and had some sediment in the bottles. rack it a couple of times to get all of the sediment out. This wine is ready to drink within a few months of bottling and definately is better at 9 months. Good luck.

Finally tasted the ao mead made last year. I think I should change the name to agent orange. I am going to have to let this one sit for another year.

Ok I had awonderful color in my juice until I added k meta. Now it ts a murky brown what gives? Or is this just normal? Will I get my color back?

Wow so the honey makes that big of a difference? I cant get any wildflower honey at the moment. I will look around and see what I can find. Thanks waldo you the man
