Has anyone got anything new to share about this wine. Tasted mine this past weekend and was very happy with it, but it still needs time in the bottle. It is still very bitter and young.

Mine is just about a year old and I can say this is a wow wine. It is big fruit bomb in your face at this point. So far the best red kit I have made to date. Better then the CC Red Mount. cab kit I made.

I have done this with two kits. I used two 16lit red kits and it turned out great. How I did this was made both kits at different times. I then tasted and let them both sit in the carboy for six months. No, I could not tell how they tasted in six months and I don't think you will either...

I made mine 9 months ago without the oak. Man is it good now. I am trying to wait for the one year mark, but I can't get my wife to leave it alone that long. I will buy another one of these kits soon.

Yes, this wine will make the 2 year mark. It will be hard, but agree that it will get better. It still has some green taste, but after an hour it goes away. Trust me, try this kit. I also just sent in an order for the French Grenache Syrah with Syrah skins. I hope this one is as good.

Just opened another bottle. Wow, is all I can say. This wine is one of the best ones I have made to date. Big fruit, with a hint of oak. I will make another one of these kits soon.

I made mine about two months ago. I am adding oak cubes to mine for 4 weeks. I like alot of oak in my Chards. I do think this one will be very good.

I did get the Yakima Valley Riesling and its about 6 month mark. I bottled it last month and I tasted it. It is going to be very good at one year. I just hope I can wait that long.

It's now two months latter and the wine is getting good now. It is very good on a hot day straight from the cold wine frig. It is a very easy drinking white wine.
