    Looking for 1.5 or 2 gallon carboy

    Anyone know where to get a 1.5 or 2 gallon carboy/jug? Mail order or Xmart? Thinking this would be great for secondary fermentation & for clearing/settling to end up with ~1 gallon of wine. This would allow for a little extra to "waste" while racking. Mostly I make 5 or 6 gallon batches...

    Nutrients in wine

    Howdy. This may be the silliest question of the year, but here goes. :-) Since the original juice (from which we make wine) has various vitamins in it (vitamin C, etc.), anyone know if these vitamins survive the fermentation process? Thanks, Robert in the hills of NC
