    my carboy has its own convection going right now!! Down the front and up the back...and there is a cloud of bubbles on the surface near the back of the carboy!! Looks really cool, wish I could get a vid of it! Think this is because it is my primary ferment.

    the Super Kleen is AWSOME!!!!!:try You may be able to use a needle and syringe to measure out the correct dosage for smaller or multi batches.

    ya I started it on 8/26/10! the recipe said to let it sit for 2wks rack and sit for another wk, then bottle and age for 3 months. I was told this would teach me patients:) Unfortunately I won't realize my mistakes for 3-6 months from now!!
