I'm new at this but my WE supplier said to add a 1/8 tsp of K Meta a week before bottling. I bulk age for 5 - 6 months. Hope this is right.

Thought I would share my wine rack. Wanted something sturdy, mobile, and good looking. The picture has 3 racks side-by-side. Each holds 72 bottles except the 1st one on the right that I made out of an old shelving unit - it holds 60. Fun weekend project.

Great idea w - I rack tomorrow and I wasn't crazy about stirring every day. I can see why you need to because the sock was floating each day.
