    First batch of Blueberry Wine went into 2nd racking today after sitting for 3 weeks. My original SG was 1.090. SG today: .990 Difference is .1 Multiply by 129 I come up with 12.9% ABV. Is this correct?

    I followed the directions for making blueberry wine to the letter, EXCEPT, I was distracted and added the yeast directly to the must without re-hydrating. I'm using Red Star Montrachet yeast. Will this be a problem? Should I re-hydrate another package correctly and add to the must? Or wait...
