    Gonna try to make a Christmas mull wine with some Chilean red wine I made. Any good recipes anybody tried? Was wondering if a monk fruit type sweetener would work in this instead of sugar?

    What size corks to use?

    Thinking about using a corker instead of the T caps I been getting from eckraus to bottle my wine( have not had a problem with wine going bad)Figured I may want to do this since some of these wines will be aging more than a year. Seen 2 different sizes a 38mm and 45mm. Wish would be best to use?

    Yes , i tried the faucet not a good idea . Siphon with a hose alot better . Wine making is a live and learn all the time!

    Yea ,its a good 2 inches off the bottom of the bucket . still fairly new to this and wanted some feedback THANKS!

    Seems like you stir up more sediment by siphoning than if you use the faucet that is located off the bottom of the bucket.

    Recipe calling for 18 pounds of strawberries .for 5 gallons. Is it best to blend them up or just mash them? Also would if you blend ,do you need less berries? THANKS!!!!!!

    Noticed that alot of wine kits don't say to add sugar

    Doing a Connoisseur kit for Shiraz and white zinf. Really wondering if these wines will be low alcohol content because of not adding sugar at the beginning. Does anybody know what % you are getting with these kits? THANKS!!!

    What's best spring water or just regular tap water? {maybe boil it first}

    May have a problem with my peach wine,any suggestions?

    It's in the 4th week and still not seeing any action on the air lock.First week went fine as it done some big time working. Do you think I need to add some yeast energizer or something? THANKS!! Wanted to add the temp is fine around 70 to 71 .and I have been shaking it
