    stainless tank

You definitly want to use teflon tape on all the male threads. Make sure you put it on in the direction you will be screwing the thread. This way the tape tightens as you turn forming a better seal.

I have 18 gallons of California juice ready to buble. I just checked the PH and TA. The PH will only finish at about 3.02 while the TA is falling at about .8. These numbers are questionible to me. Does anyone have experience with the white merlot? Do I follow PH/TA guides for reds, or white? Any...

    stainless tank

I purchased a rubber gasket for my two tanks. The vinyl sucked! The rubber gasket is like a bike tire. I have had it stay in the green for 2 weeks now with no refill. They are a bit expensive, but well worth it. Heres the link for the 100l tank. Hope it helps.

    Pics of My New Winery!!

Thanks all. I used 3/8" dowels with mushroom caps. believe me cutting all of those dowels, drilling all the holes, and glueing each mushroom cap in place was a long tedious job. But I must say it was fun! They are stained a darker colour for contrast. The rack holds 120 750ml bottles and 8 1.5l...
