I haven't made any of the kits you listed but the OB Peach Chardonnay is always a BIG hit and I can't make enough to keep up with the demand!

I always add two pounds of corn sugar to my Orchard Breezin' kits.

I haven't made this kit but it sounds like it needs more time. If you want to dispose of it I can send you my address. :h Seriously, I wouldn't dump it. Reds take more time so just be patient and you will be rewarded.

I added the oak in the secondary when I started the battonage technique. I've experimented and made one batch with french oak and the other with American oak. Each batch turned out great especially if you let it age for about six months.

Update after one year: This is really a great Rose! I compared it to a local Virginia "Rose" I purchased at a winery and mine was actually a little better in my opinion. Not bad for an inexpensive kit. The lesson learned here is to let it age at least a year. I tried it through out the year and...

Thought I would give a quick update on mine. My Sauvignon Blanc is drinking quite nicely as well and am pleased with the outcome. I was able to purchase this kit on sale last year so I think it's a great value.

I used 1 oz. of Medium French Oak cubes. I also made another BRW kit with 1 oz. of Medium American Oak chips.
