Are using Pages on the Mac or iPad? From what I'm finding Pages on the computer must have more options than the iPad app.

I made that last fall. It is currently bulk aging. Tasted it at last racking and was pretty good. Plan on bottling it in a few weeks.

I also have tags on each carboy. Just forgot to put my notes on it. I use shipping tags that I got at Staples.

After I posted previously, I took a hydrometer reading and based on that I must have backsweetened it already. Which I would have added sorbate and k-meta and just forgot to add my notes to the tag on the carboy. I did a couple of batches on the same night.

Racked an Apple/Rasberry that I made from Old Orchard concentrate to secondary at the end of January. Thought I had stabilized it, but now looking at my notes this morning, I realized I didn't. Will it being in the secondary and not being stabilized ruin it? Or is it ok?

I've been using OneStep for cleaning equipment. My LHBS is a bit of a drive. Will Oxyclean free work just as well as the OneStep cleaner since I can get Oxyclean from places alot closer to home?

I use the mini jet. It works "ok". One day I will switch to the All In One Pump.
