    Hard Apple Cider

    I used a natural cider for mine and it will not clear. The cider was very cloudy itself (and also had plenty of "chunks" floating in it) and it seems it has caused it not to clear.

    WineXpert Argentine Malbec

    Has anyone done an WE Argentine Malbec? I started this kit last night and was surprised at how much oak (2 bags of toasted oak) the kit contained. Also, I would like to age this kit and drink it slowly. At what point should I add campden tablets?
