I may be wrong but i have learned that any wine with an f-pack seems to need about an extra month in the carboy after its added to allow the fallout thus clearing a little better for you. Just my advice.

I have never made this one but we kits make pretty decent whites.

I have found alot of good deals in the Austin area. Several times i have seen bottles complete wine kits carboys you name it.

I scored big yesterday on craigs list. I bought a complete starter kit and fruit kit all still in the box as well as extra chemicals for 50 bucks. I love craigs list i can allway's find good deals on there for wine.

That could work, But you might be better off making the kit then making the 1 gallon puree and blending to taste.

I have noticed that sometimes the yeast does not get enough 02 when first started so i open the lid to the fermenter a time or 2 in the first couple hours and it takes right off.

Most of us have to do things like that. It wont hurt it but next time i bet you move it before adding the yeast.

I cant wait to try it. I have had my eye on it for a while but it really sounded like it would be a pleasent and enjoyable wine just right to share with friends.

CindyJo how was the sweetness? I have never had this type of wine but it sounded pretty good without being to sweet.
