My wife and I are sitting out having pizza and Lambrusco from a bucket of juice from Italy 2011. It's great , a little frezanti who h is as it should be. I sweetened it up just a bit. It will be our summer red drank chilled. I paid less than $50 a bucket and will do 3 this fall! Delish!!!

I did the Sonoma dry creek a year and a half ago and its very good. I don't appreciate the oaked chards so i did it by the letter. Around 1 year it was great and we;re still enjoying it. About a case left. Time to start another batch !

Rich, Picked mine up yesterday 2 Chianti and 2 Malbec. Had more ordered but had to change order. Didn't know if we were moving to California at ordering time. This is my 4th year with Chileans and all have been great. I've won some competions with them.

I made this kit a little over a year ago . No problems. I didn't de gas it though. just keep a bottle in the basement fridge standing upright. Everyone loves it so far. I just pour carefully and the sediment is in the last 1/2 inch of the bottle no problem. Good luck.
God bless Ed
