    Local HBS in CT selling 6gal juice buckets for $40

    I bought some buckets that were refrigerated the whole time and about the same age, without yeast. When I opened them up checked they were finished fermenting. They were ok, drinkable but I wouldn't do it again and I got them for $20 a bucket from a reputable dealer . You get what you pay for...

    Lambrusco

    My wife and I are sitting out having pizza and Lambrusco from a bucket of juice from Italy 2011. It's great , a little frezanti who h is as it should be. I sweetened it up just a bit. It will be our summer red drank chilled. I paid less than $50 a bucket and will do 3 this fall! Delish!!!

    Torani Syrups

    I usually add 1oz. Per 750ml bottle or one 750 bottle of syrup to 5-6 gallons of wine but that'smy taste. Sg. Comes out to around 1.005. Hopes this helps. God bless Edward

    I did the Sonoma dry creek a year and a half ago and its very good. I don't appreciate the oaked chards so i did it by the letter. Around 1 year it was great and we;re still enjoying it. About a case left. Time to start another batch ! God bless, Ed

    Chilean

    Rich, Picked mine up yesterday 2 Chianti and 2 Malbec. Had more ordered but had to change order. Didn't know if we were moving to California at ordering time. This is my 4th year with Chileans and all have been great. I've won some competions with them. God bless, Ed

    If your room is cool it takes longer than stated, mine always do . Shoiuldn't be a problem. also check your hydrometer with plain water to see if it shows 0. GO BLESS< Ed

    Exactly right, even the entry level kits will improve with age. Ive given bottles to some of my wine maker friends after they are 1 1/2 to two years of age and give the wines my own names, they dont know what they are and they are very impressed. Thy think i made them from grapes. God bless, Ed

    I made this kit a little over a year ago . No problems. I didn't de gas it though. just keep a bottle in the basement fridge standing upright. Everyone loves it so far. I just pour carefully and the sediment is in the last 1/2 inch of the bottle no problem. Good luck. God bless Ed
