Each Spring, my brother and I hunt for morel mushrooms. This last Spring we located about 60 of them.
We cleaned them and fried them in butter with a bit of Cream Sherry!
Best mushrooms I have ever tasted!
I want to just interject my wrench into the BIG bang theory.
Maybe it is just a small bang within something larger containing a multitude of bangs some of which may be bigger.
That being said isn't time just a created unit of measure based on perception.

By natural sugars, I meant the sugars found in grape juice as opposed to a five pound bag of sugar purchased at a grocery store.
Sounds like there is little difference then between the sugar in grape juice and the sugar that comes out of a bag with regards to yeast.

Thanks, I just finished ferment on a 3 gallons of concord-niagra blend and it got me wondering about ferment times with natural sugar as opposed to refined or raw sugar.
