I just took my daily look at my carboy and noticed the liquid level has risen by over an 1". It is now just touching the base of my airlock... is that okey?

I'm confused on my White Zinfandel alcohol content. The initial meaurement on day onewas 1.085 The next measurement was .995 on day 28, I have one more racking to do until my wine is complete (day 45). I can't determine what my alcohol level is. Cindy
