Thanks for quick reply Wade. It's the Vintners Reserve White Zinfandel. My wife doesn't like real dry wine anyhow. I've been taking readings in a Fermtech wine thief, not straight from the carboy, but I'll try degassing and take another reading anyhow to see if that makes a difference...
