    Images of what is going on. Hoping it is just tartrates floating as I have a lot at the bottom of the carboy. Doesnt seem to be growing on the top. Had a flashlight in the last image of the crystals on the bottom.

    No idea on the pH. The juice is usually balanced when purchased. I add 1/4 tsp per the 6 gallons. I will get a pic in the AM. Thanks.

    Finishing bottle with capsule

    Tried the boiling water and that worked great. Also very fast. Think I will go with this way from now on.
