Pineapple Wine: Starting Fruit (29January2009).
Pineapple Wine: 2 days after first 2nd-to-2nd rack (30March2009). Centre two are strawberry wine.
Pineapple Wine: 3August2009. Clear and sparkly at 5.9 months (and counting). Yet to back-sweeten.

Apricot Wine: 3August2009 (Left - no bentonite, still clearing slowly; Right - 69 days after bentonite treatment, much clearer and lighter).
