Apricot Wine: 3August2009 (Left - no bentonite, still clearing slowly; Right - 69 days after bentonite treatment, much clearer and lighter).
Pineapple Wine: 3August2009. Clear and sparkly at 5.9 months (and counting). Yet to back-sweeten.
My salubrious cellar under the house - not so good for my back ! Right to left: 2 x Apricot, 2 x Pineapple-(orange + sultanas), 2 x Strawberry-(+
