    Isinglass Finings 100ml - Bentonite 100g

I cannot speak for professional winemakers as I am not one, however on a recent trip to Napa in late September one winemaker at a reputable winery told me on average he uses 6 egg whites per barrel of wine. This is also one of those questions that is biased to winemakers personal prefence. If...

    Fishing?

I managed to get out there a few weeks ago for some late season bass kayak fishing. it ended up being totally worth the trip. Both bass caught within about 30 feet of each other and 2 or 3 casts apart made it one spot I will always remember to try again.

Yuck, over sulphited. Is it ruined?

Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) is a powerful oxidizer and can be used to reduce SO2*level in wine (link 1). However by using Hydrogen peroxide, you risk oxidizeing the wine too much. this leads to the formation of bad acetaldehydes from the reaction with ethanol. If you are going to use this method...

I'm in the same boat as you. I find it extremely difficult since there isn't many places in my location that actually carry them in store.. I hate buying something, especially for what $$ wine fridges go for without seeing it first. Hopefully someone will chime in, however in the mean time...
