WineXpert Sangiovese today

Started a WE Selection Sangiovese today. Added 1 1/2c of raisins and 1/2c dried cherries to primary. Pitched with BM 45 and some Go-Ferm. SG 1.090. Fermenting at 72. Will add Nutrient at 1.020 or so.

1.020 seems a bit late to add nutrient to me. Generally, I wouldn't add them after about 1.045 or so. The yeast won't use them much after that point, but other stuff might.
